Temel hastalanmış ve doktora gitmiş. Doktor Temel'e
- Bir hafta kapıdan dışarı çıkmayacaksın
demiş.
Temel bir gün dayanamamış pencereden aşağı merdiven atıp inmeye başlamış. Bunu görenler;
- Hayırdır Temel neden kapıdan çıkmıyorsunda pencereden çıkıyorsun demişler.
Temel;
- Doktor bana 1 hafta kapıdan dışarı çıkmayacaksın dedi bende pencereden çıkıyorum
demiş....

Well you have not mentioned clearly to what services you need help in but I can assure you friends I need some urgent help to overcome the problems of sinus. Some of the people whom I have asked the same question before confirmed me there is no actual remedies to the problem and the medicines can only be sought as a temporary relief. Firstly I would like to justify this and as said if there is a permanent relief measure please do not delay to recommend me the same asap.
